I originally went to art school to study animation. For two decades I worked in a museum, in animation, film, and children’s interactive education, ending up a Grammy nominated producer and production manager in the Music and Film & TV industries.
In 2016 I moved to Hong Kong for two years. I travelled all over Asia, studied ceramics and learned how to play Mah Jong. Upon my return to London I worked in a sixth form college for a film charity helping young people with their creative endeavours, and delivering BFI film courses 16-19 year olds.
During The Year of Covid, after a decade of amateur sewing and the accumulation of a large fabric stash, I set up a quilting business on my kitchen table. This grew and took over my life.
